There is an urgent need for new therapies to address treatment failure in immune-driven critical and chronic illnesses such as sepsis, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), rheumatoid arthritis and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Clinicians and researchers know that these illnesses are multi-faceted and directly impacted by individual patient biology. They also know that advancements in personalized treatment may dramatically improve patient outcomes – but they lack the data, diagnostic tools and targeted therapeutics to get there.
